What's for breakfast?

I usually try to meal prep something for breakfast for the week so Matt can take it to work and I can feed myself and the kids. Today I'm trying something new. I'm using my crock pot to make breakfast for the first time. Here are the ingredients I used for this weeks breakfast.
First you want to cook your sausage and drain out the grease. Then I used my handy chopper to chop up the green chili and tomato. I then layered the bottom of my crock pot with some hash browns, then shredded cheese, then fresh spinach, then tomato and green chilis, and last the sausage. I repeated this step once again. I cracked 10 eggs and made sure to blend them really well and added 1/2 cup of milk to it. I poured this on top of everything added some shredded cheese and voila! It is ready to be cooked. I am going to turn it on low before I go to bed so it is nice and hot in the morning. I'm hopeful this is a winner because it sure looks like it is going to be yummy.
