Chicken Teriyake with Vegetables and Rice (crock pot)

If you are in the mood for something something asian this is a nice substitute instead of going out to eat.

Add 2 cups of cooked rice to your crock pot. Then add 1 pound of diced raw chicken.


 Next comes your veggies. You can add or remove whatever vegetables you like or don't like. I put in an 1 onion, a head of broccoli, 1 zucchini, 1 red bell pepper and 1 diced carrot.
 Then add your sauces. 1 jar of teriyake glaze and 1/2 cup of low sodium soy sauce.
 Then add your seasoning. I added 1 teaspoon crushed pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder and 1 teaspoon ginger.
 Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken
2 cups cooked rice
vegetables (whatever you desire, although I'd recommend at least a red pepper and broccoli)
1 jar teriyake glaze
1/2 low sodium soy sauce
red pepper
ginger
garlic powder
