Hello Breakfast Bake

I always try to make breakfast on Sunday to feed my husband and us all week. I try different variations with my breakfast. I can say this is my first time putting broccoli in a breakfast casserole, but I think its going to be great.

First I diced 2 red potatoes in small chunks and added a little seasoning to it. I did blackening, but salt and pepper will do. Next I topped it with a bag of frozen broccoli and cheese.

 I cooked 1 pound of pork sausage and added to the top once it was cooked through.


 Next I beat 10 eggs and added 1 cup of milk to them. Pour them on top of everything. Add a little shredded cheese on top. 


Add foil and bake for 1 hour on 375. You can let it sit all night and bake it the next morning if you like.


Ingredients:
1 lb pork sausage
bag of frozen broccoli and cheese
10 eggs
1 cup of milk
2 red potatoes
shredded cheese
seasoning to taste
