Skinny Beef and Broccoli

I wanted to make an asian dish, but keep it as healthy as possible. It turned out pretty good I'd say.

First I sliced a red bell pepper and 1 celery stalk. Then I cubed venison steaks. Obviously, most people don't have venison so try to find a lean skirt steak. Cut off any excess fat to help reduce calories.

Then I chopped 1 small white onion and 1 jalapeno (remove the seeds). The jalapeno is optional. I think it gives needed flavor.

Next I added fresh broccoli chunks on top, a package of asian seasoning I found at walmart in the asian section, 1 can of beef broth, 2 tablespoons of siracha, and 2 minced garlic cloves. I cooked it on high for 4 hours.

Ingredients:
1 lb of steak
1 red bell pepper
1 jalapeno
2 garlic cloves
1 head of broccoli
1 small onion
1 celery stalk
2 tablspoons siracha
1 package of asian seasoning
1 can of beef broth (low sodium)
