This is always a big hit in our family and if you let them cool down enough they actually can make a good finger food for the super bowl or other games.
First cook about 1-1.5 lbs of hamburger meat. Then add Taco seasoning, 1 can of rotel (drained), 8 oz cream cheese, diced onion and bell pepper, and cilantro (onion, bell pepper and cilantro optional). Mix well!
While that is cooking boil your large shells. Drain once cooked.
I drizzled my homemade salsa to the bottom of a large cooking sheet. Store bought is fine too.
Use the shells and open them and add your mixture. Then start layering your shells. Once you run out of shells or the meat mixture then drizzle some more salsa on top, add shredded cheese and bake on 350 for 15 minutes. Serve with guacamole or sour cream. YUM!
